Classroom Management

Classroom management isn’t just about rules, rewards, and consequences.  It isn’t a Clip Chart on the wall or a Treasure Box in the drawer. It’s about creating a community of empowered learners, providing engaging instruction, and helping students develop the skills they need to be successful in and beyond the classroom.  By setting up effective routines, building relationships, and using simple redirection strategies, the classroom can become a happy place where everyone can focus on learning.
